Kegal Exercises improves blood flow in the pelvic portion. By practicing kegal exercise, one won’t face problem of Erectile Dysfunction. These are simple exercises that can done at home. There is no need to go to gym. To solve the problem of Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation, proper exercises should be followed.

๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ญ- Raise the pelvic portion upwards as the blood flows in anti-gravity direction. This exercise is helpful in Varicocele, Premature Ejaculation, and Erectile Dysfunction.

๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ- Lay down in butterfly pose and perform the exercise for about 10-15 minutes. This exercise brodens the pelvic portion for better blood flow.
