These exercises are also known as “Kegel” exercises. They can help keep you from leaking urine, gas, or bowel movements, if leaks are a problem for you. They can also help with a condition that affects women called “pelvic organ prolapse.” In women who have pelvic organ prolapse, the organs in the lower belly drop down and press against or bulge into the vagina.

Kegal Exercises improves blood flow in the pelvic portion. By practicing kegal exercise, one won’t face problem of Erectile Dysfunction. These are simple exercises that can done at home. There is no need to go to gym. To solve the problem of Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation, proper exercises should be followed.
These exercises improve the blood flow towards pelvic portion.
๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐Ÿญ- Raise the pelvic portion upwards as the blood flows in anti-gravity direction. This exercise is helpful in Varicocele, Premature Ejaculation, and Erectile Dysfunction.
