What can I do to cure ED (Erectile Dysfunction)?
NoFap. The majority of Erectile Dysfunction in young people is caused by pornography and too much masturbation. By watching porn, you’re regulating these thoughts and actions and it eventually becomes hard to be turned on when the actual moment comes. Along with this, many people suffer from their penis becoming desensitised, which is when you masturbate so much to a point where your dick is hard to be satisfied, and getting an erection or orgasming is hard. This can further turn into death grip, where your penis needs a ridiculous amount of pressure that regular sex wouldn’t provide.
Drink Water. Hydration is extremely important for overall health and libido. Do not ever become dehydrated.
Exercise. Regular blood flow is needed. If you are overweight, or have blood problems, erectile dysfunction can happen. If you ensure that blood is always pumping around your body, your libido will become a lot better.
FOR MY CIRCUMCISED BROTHERS – Get some good boxers. Some that’ll not be harsh on the tip of your penis, as we don’t have the natural protection stopping our dick from rubbing against our clothes, making it less sensitive. Don’t get anything too tight, or anything that’ll make your penis rub against your clothes too much. Boxers that fit just right are perfect. This is important.
Healthy Eating. Overdose on vegetables. Have some fruit. Get plenty of zinc in your diet, along with tons of vitamins.
Sunlight. Vitamin D is very important in this area. Remember sun cream too.
Moisturising. ALWAYS moisturise plenty. It’s skin. Skin is important. Take care of it.
Good Sleep. No question about it.
