Pelvic Floor and Kegel's Exercises during pregnancy



The role and importance of pelvic floor muscles’ exercises during and after pregnancy. The basic awareness and knowledge. Prenatal fitness needs to include some basic pelvic floor work.
Body Belly Baby Pelvic Floor Exhale Exercise tones and relaxes this group of muscles combined with the breathing cycle.
During pregnancy, the pelvic floor is under a lot of stress and strain. It tends to weaken, stretch and sometimes does not fully perform its supporting role. Weight gain during pregnancy, gravity together with the effect of the hormone relaxin impact the pelvic floor and sometimes lead to some mild incontinence. It is is important to create awareness and prevention early on. This video aims to do that.
