Why I 🛑 doing kegels & what I do instead!!
Our bodies need to move, contract, relax, lengthen, activate, respond, react, and adapt to all of our daily movements.
Squeezing and doing kegels does not all of that and is not functional. And often times have found my clients symptoms get worse with them. Can you relate? 🙋♀️
