Want to get stronger? First you have to RELAX!
Take it from a pelvic floor physical therapist (me) – you can’t underestimate the importance of relaxation before working to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. We can’t squeeze what we can’t move, and most of us don’t have enough range of motion to begin a strengthening program. I explain more in this video.
Watch me review a few Kegel trainers, focusing on @perifit5173 and @IntimateRose tools, which aid in relaxation and range of motion as well as (eventually) strength. catering to issues like incontinence and pain with sex.
