Kegel the Elf

It’s Christmas and more importantly it’s the playoffs, so tension runs high. While Ruxin’s revenge gift to Kevin goes terribly awry, Ellie suddenly acting up at school causes Jenny to worry that all this attention to fantasy football is making her a bad mom.

Pilates for Pelvic Floor | 30 Minute Workout | Pilates Nest

This gentle Pilates class is designed to help you heal, build strength and support healthy pelvic floor function.

The pelvic floor muscles aren’t the muscles that comes to most of our minds when we think about exercising yet they are vital muscle groups to help us stay healthy, active, mobile, and do every day activities with ease and confidence.

Your pelvic floor is made of muscle groups that are located in the floor of your pelvis and stretch like a hammock from the pubic bone in the front to the tail-bone in back and from side to side.

The pelvic floor plays an important role in your everyday movements like walking, standing, lifting, and pushing. They also support your organs, abdominals, and spine, maintain our bladder and bowel control and play an important role in sexual sensation and function.

There are several factors that impact your pelvic floor health such as age, pregnancy, childbirth, injury and surgery to name a few.

We can all agree that we all want a happy, healthy pelvic floor so we can live with ease and confidence.

Press play & let’s move!
