5 reasons why Kegel exercises may not be helpful for moms (specifically for incontinence and prolapse). Of course, Kegel exercises can be very beneficial for women. Even for moms who want to address your pelvic floor leaking or prolapse symptoms. However, Kegel exercises are actually NOT appropriate for ALL women and many moms are being told that Kegles are the “Gold Standard” if you want to stop leaking pee or want to address your pelvic organ prolapse.
