Here are some ways to prevent it after giving birth:
1. Don’t lift anything heavy while pregnant or after giving birth.
2. Eat healthy foods with lots of fiber and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and help flush things out of your system.
3. Be sure to do Kegel exercises daily regularly to ensure that your pelvic floor muscles are strong
