गर्भावस्‍था में कसरत के समय इन बातों का रखें ध्‍यान
गर्भावस्‍था में कसरत या व्‍यायाम करते समय कुछ बातों का ध्‍यान रखा जाना चाहिए जैसे, ढीले और आरामदेह कपड़े पहने हों, आरामदेह जूते पहने हों, वातावरण न ज्‍यादा गरम हो न ज्‍यादा ठंडा, पर्याप्‍त पानी पिया जाए, जो व्‍यायाम या योगासन असज और तकलीफदेह लगें उन्‍हें न किया जाए, एक ही जगह पर ज्‍यादा देर स्थिर न खड़े रहा जाए। इसके अलावा सभी कसरतें किसी योग्‍य विशेषज्ञ से सलाह लेकर किसी परिजन की निगरानी में की जाएं ताकि जरूरत पड़ने पर आप को मदद मिल सके।
