kegel exercises for women to control overactive bladder

Here I am going to talk about kegel exercises for women who want to control their overactive bladder.
Kegel exercises are a series of pelvic floor muscular contractions and relaxations that strengthen the pubococcygeus muscles. Women use kegel exercises to control overactive bladder (a leakage of urine) or for increased sexual pleasure. Learn how to do kegel exercises properly and find out how you can start your kegel routine right now.
There are muscles along your pelvic floor that support your bladder? If these muscles are weak, they may affect how often you experience overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms.
But there are exercises you can do—Kegel exercises—to help make these muscles stronger.

Adding Kegel exercises to your daily routine may help strengthen your pelvic muscles. It can also improve your bladder symptoms. Many women who do Kegels notice improvement after several weeks.

Be sure to talk to your healthcare professional before starting any new diet or exercise routine.

When can you do Kegels?

You can do Kegels any time: while brushing your teeth, watching TV, waiting at a red light, reading in bed, or taking a walk. A few minutes a day is all you need to start strengthening your pelvic floor muscles.

How a vibrator can dramatically boost your sex life

Curious about using a vibrator? You’re not alone. Many women turn to vibrators to achieve the big O. In fact, a study published in July 2009 in the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that 53 percent of women ages 18 to 60 have used a vibrator, and one-quarter of them have used it in the past month. Plus, those who use a vibrator regularly were more easily aroused and better able to become lubricated and achieve an orgasm.

So should you try using a vibrator? Absolutely. Here’s why it’s healthy, and how to incorporate it into your sex life — solo and with a partner.

pelvic floor muscles workout #shorts

pelvic floor muscles workout #shorts

Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles can help urinary incontinence, treat pelvic organ prolapse, and make love better too. Everyone can benefit from doing pelvic floor exercises.

Your pelvic floor muscles:

Support your bladder, urethra, vagina, uterus, bowel (large intestine), rectum and anus.

Squeeze and relax so that you can control when you pee, poop or pass gas.

Help with blood flow and vaginal contractions during sex and orgasm.

Support vaginal delivery during childbirth.

What is pelvic floor muscle exercise?

Kegel exercises (also called pelvic floor exercises) are done to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Kegel exercises not only can help prevent your urine from leaking, but can also help prevent the accidental passing of poop (stool) or gas and may even help to improve your orgasms.

Although moderate physical activity such as brisk walking is safe for most people, health experts suggest that you talk to your doctor before you start an exercise program if any of the following apply: You have heart disease. You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes. You have kidney disease.
