Week 1 ✅ Do It 3 Days a Week (1-2 rounds a day)
Week 2 ✅ Do It 4 Days a Week (2-3 rounds a day)
Week 3 ✅ Do It 5 Days a Week (3-4 rounds a day)
Week 4 and beyond ✅ Do It 6 Days a Week (3-4 rounds a day)

“Prime” your core with a routine that activates all layers of the pelvic floor, and integrates the surrounding hip and core muscles. This deep core workout can help prevent accidental bladder leakage when done regularly (5 times/week is a great starting place)! If you have anterior wall or posterior wall prolapse, consider doing the isolated pelvic floor exercises lying down or with your hips elevated on a pillow or yoga block.
