Kegel Balls 101: LELO LUNA Beads Noir

More info:
Get yours today:

Hi everyone, let’s talk to you about Kegel balls!

The purpose of Kegel balls AKA Ben Wa balls is used to strengthen the vaginal walls. This is going to give you longer, stronger orgasms, and will help with incontinence.

How it works is pretty simple, you just go ahead and insert them into the vagina (like you to a tampon) with a little bit of lube.

How long you keep them in vary really. You wanna make sure that you will get used to it first before you go out in public with the balls inside. You will wanna go ahead and put them in while you’re doing things around the house and then you can venture out into public (when you know that you’re not gonna be walking like a penguin).

How these work, is actually weighted beads inside the Kegel balls. You can hear something inside while you are watching the video. There are little gauges on the outside of the ball where you will be able to take the balls out and put them into the saddle and they will sit and hold really nicely in the saddle. One of the balls has a string, you can pop it out of the saddle, and that is the side you would be at the base or the opening of the vagina so the string can hang out.

When you first start using kegel balls, you will just use the one with the string outside of the saddle. You will insert the loose ball with the string like you do a tampon. When you get used to it and a little bit stronger, you can go ahead and insert both of the balls in the saddle with the string hanging out of the vagina.

How do they feel? They do feel like a tampon, you can’t really feel them but with the balls with the weight inside with your natural movement, it can actually be pleasurable. Even though this is pleasurable, your muscles are working.

Washing: Make sure you wash the balls with soap and warm water before and after use.

There are so many Ben Wa balls or Kegel balls, this one is the LELO brand, called the LELO LUNA Beads Noir. They are hypoallergenic, all-natural material, and body-safe.

These LELO balls are a little bit smaller than your average kegel ball, which is really great for those that have not bear a child, or if you are new to kegel balls these will be a great option for you!

Inside your LELO box, you will get personal lubricant, the kegel two kegel balls, a lovely bag to put everything in. And a warranty card, that you’ll be able to register for a one-year warranty. So if anything goes wrong with your beads you can get them fully replaced for free within the first year. It also has a 10-year guarantee in the event something wrong with the product after one year to 10 years, you will get your product replaced for 50% off.

I highly suggest all women should have a Kegel exercise kit. Because all women deserve stronger longer orgasms, having a good strong pelvic floor, and a tight vagina!! It’s really a no-brainer here!!

Remember to be kind to yourself and get it on!!

HOW TO USE & WASH VIBRATE KEGEL BALLS| ENGLISH BISAYA TAGALOG LANGUAGE

HOW TO USE & CARE VIBRATE KEGEL BALLS

Ben Wa balls, or Kegel balls, are small, weighted balls that a person can insert into their vagina. Some believe that these balls can help a person perform pelvic floor or vagina strengthening exercises

Kegel balls work by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles support the bladder, vaginal canal, uterus, and rectum. Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles using Kegel balls or weights can help strengthen vaginal muscles to provide a tighter closure around the urethra, vagina, and rectum.
