How to do Kegel exercises:

Identify the pelvic floor muscles:

Stop urinating midstream.
Contract the muscles around your anus as if trying to prevent gas from passing.
Start with simple exercises:

Contract the pelvic floor muscles for 3 seconds.
Relax the muscles for 3 seconds.
Repeat the exercise 10 times.
Gradually increase the contraction time:

Try contracting the muscles for 5 seconds.
Then 10 seconds.
Do the exercises 3-4 times a day.

Tips for doing Kegel exercises effectively:

Focus on contracting only the pelvic floor muscles, without tensing other muscles.
Breathe normally during the exercise.
Do not do the exercises if you have lower back or pelvic pain.
