If you’ve been told you have a tight/overactive/hypertonic pelvic floor or you’re experiencing pelvic pain, this video is for you. We’re told so frequently to contract & engage our pelvic floor but we forget it’s also SO important to let go & release it for proper function.
This is safe to practice during pregnancy as long as your baby is head-down by your third trimester.
