Mira explores the different parts of the pelvic floor, allowing you to notice the different sensations you feel in your body. She will then guide you through releasing, activating, and finally strengthening the muscles.
You will need any one of these props: Pilates roller, any ball (children bouncy ball or volley or basketball), or a few cushions or pillows.
