Pelvic Floor Exercise | Kegel exercise, pelvic floor strengthening, exercise pelvic floor

Since Kegel exercises for pelvic floor strengthening can’t be visually demonstrated well, I’ll be guiding you through them with clear explanations instead – which is a little different from my usual follow-along videos!

In this video you’ll learn how to locate and properly engage your pelvic floor muscles to perform Kegels effectively. And this anyone can do this!

I also share with you how many reps and how often to complete the Kegel exercise to optimize pelvic floor health and how to maintain pelvic floor health.

I also offer some tips and tricks when doing this exercise and answer some of the most common questions I would get as a PT.

Lastly, if you notice you’re doing well with this pelvic floor exercise I also share a few ways to increase the difficulty so you can give yourself a little challenge.
