There are plenty of pelvic floor exercises that are not Kegels!

Pelvic floor exercises are that those focus on the stability of the pelvis and correcting the position and posture of the pelvic region, lumbar spine, and hip joints. If you have pelvic floor dysfunction or want to prevent it then you need to be doing more than kegels.
