During my pregnancy, I definitely focused a lot on strengthening my pelvic floor and core, but that work is just as important postpartum and beyond!
Doing exercises like these definitely helped, but I also saw a pelvic floor PT that was helpful in guiding me with exercises that helped my specific goals, and a big reason I feel as strong as I do today.
