So many of us hold tension in our pelvic floor. And it’s not surprising, because our body is so good at helping out/ compensating.

A common misconception is the pelvic floor being one ☝️ big muscle when in fact, it’s a bunch of different muscles 💪 (think of a group) that make of the pelvic floor.

And what happens in a group?

Usually someone is doing more work than another.

That happens “down there” too!

So they need a reminder to let go/ relax/ lengthen so they can work together again.
