Tips dan Cara Latihan Senam Kegel

1. Cara pemakaiannya, duduklah di lantai dengan posisi kaki agak terbuka dan nyaman.
2. Masukan bola kegel ke dalam otot panggul hingga anda merasa nyaman.
3. Setelah bola sudah berada pada posisi sempurna, cengkram lah bola tersebut seiring anda melakukan rutinitas harian seperti biasanya.
4. Lakukannya setiap hari selama kurang lebih 30 menit.
5. Gunakan bola pertama yang paling ringan, dilanjutkan dengan bola kedua yang lebih berat dan terakhir bola ketiga yang paling berat selama masing-masing 1 bulan.
