1 week postpartum and first day of doing pelvic floor exercises! I’m so excited to be doing the @themintprjct postpartum pelvic floor program!! This will be the first time I’m fully rehabbing into postpartum fitness, I wish I would have been better with my first 2. This will help me accelerate the amount of time to get back to healthy lifting weights!
