Toe scrunches and calf raises and rolling on balls can all help you optimize your pelvic health yet most of us only know about kegels. Optimal pelvic health involves breath and posture, exercise, release work, rolling, and walking, sleeping, calming and drinking and eating. Scrunching your toes can help calm an overactive bladder and calf raises can help supress an inappropriate urge if you can’t find a bathroom nearby. Calming breaths can help manage urgency and pain. Posture can help ensure the pelvic floor muscles can respond appropriately. I teach these methods and more in my Buff Muff program. Come join us! Go to www.buffmuff.com!
