Kegel Exercise Summary

Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, helping with bladder control, core stability, and postpartum recovery. To do them, contract your pelvic muscles (as if stopping urine flow), hold for 5-10 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10-15 times, 2-3 times a day. Consistency is key for best results!
