Rosey Kegel balls are a set of small weighted devices that strengthen and tone women’s core and pelvic floor muscles.
There are 4 balls in various weights ranging from 25 g to 55 g to fit beginners as well as more advanced users.
HOW TO USE
1. Apply water-based lubricant to the Kegel ball, relax your muscles, insert the probe slowly.
2. The Kegel ball is held in place when you squeeze your pelvic floor muscles for a few seconds before releasing. The ball will fall out without contracting.
3. Repeated contraction and release of your pelvic floor muscles improves the strength and fitness of your muscles.
4. You may like to try standing and squatting exercises.
5. To remove the Kegel ball, simply use a sweeping motion with your finger and gently pull the ball downward.
NOTE: Beginners may insert and leave the ball in place for 10 minutes during first use. Once accustomed to this exercise, you may add 1 to 3 minutes to each session and choose heavier balls. However, it is recommended that you limit each session to 30 minutes.
