Learn how to KNOW if you are doing a Kegel CORRECTLY. “Kegel” is an engagement of the pelvic floor muscles and when done regularly can strengthen the pelvic floor and create better neuromuscular connection. It’s a confusing group of muscles to engage, so I’ll teach you how to know if you’re engaging correctly.
P.S. A strong pelvic floor prevents stress incontinence ( peeing in your pants when you sneeze or jump ) and reduces the risk for pelvic organ prolapse.
