How to do your Kegel exercises right!



Kegel exercises are pelvic floor muscle exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. When these muscles become weak, it increases the risk of problems such as: urinary leakage, bowel leakage and also pelvic organ problems. Doing your kegels alone is not enough, you have to make sure you are doing them correctly!
