Here’s how you build true pelvic floor STRENGTH without kegels!

If you’re tired of pesky leaks when you sneeze, run, jump, or laugh this is for you 💫

We are so conditioned to think “I leak , so therefore my pelvic floor is weak, & I need to do more kegels to strengthen.”

But this is only spot treating and not addressing the root cause. Most of the time the pelvic floor muscles are too tight so squeezing and doing kegels can lead to more tension and tightness.

True strength comes from the pelvic floor being able to respond, react, adapt, lengthen, and activate with all of our daily movements. Taking a whole body approach verses spot treating.

These movements focus on spinal mobility, hip rotational movements, glute strengthening, breath & more for a well rounded pelvic floor strengthening strategy.
