If you didn’t do Part 1 in this Deep Core series or don’t know how to locate, engage and release the transversus abdominis and pelvic floor muscles, I recommend you do the first video before the rest of the series. This class takes the next step in teaching you to strengthen these important deep core muscles while relaxing other muscles that may be inappropriately trying to help stabilize the core (crazy things like lower back, hips and shoulders where you might experience tension).
