So it’s the 21st day of kegels and we are going to add our kegel to a ball rollout.

So I’ve got my stability ball here. And the movement is essentially to roll out and extend and then draw back in. And I’m going to add the breath here.

So I’m going to inhale and expand.
And then I’m going to exhale and engage through the entire movement. And then inhale and expand again at the top here.

So inhale (inhaling).
Exhale (exhaling). Engage all the way out…all the way back.
Now inhale (inhaling).
Exhale, engage (exhaling).
(inhaling)
(exhaling)
And one more.
(inhaling)
(exhaling)

There you go. Some good ab and core and pelvic floor work for your 21st day of kegels.
