How to use
1).To avoid discomfort, empty your bladder before beginning
2).Place 2 balls inside the silicone sleeve and apply a little lubrication to help them glide in more easily
3).Gently insert the Kegel balls one at a time into the vagina like a tampon, leaving the cord outside
4).Tighten your pelvic floor muscles to lift and squeeze the balls. Initially, keep them in place for 15 – 30minutes per day.
