Experience is an amazing thing to have, especially because we can look back and take a closer look at some of the choices we made along the way. What if we were given a “do over”? Would we make a few changes? Nothing major, just some tweaks which may have served us well down the road? Though I’ve maintained a high level of fitness throughout my life, now that I’m 60 I’ve realized that a few exercises I didn’t find particularly important – or that didn’t make the cut into my usual routine – could have made a difference as my body is changing and “maturing” LOL!
In this video I highlight 5 areas of fitness/exercises that I wish I started in my 30s as I would be reaping the rewards of them now. Of course, it’s never too late to start something new, add new moves, and change our focus.
