Ok guys in today’s full body, NO REPEAT, 40 minute workout we have 40 different STRENGTH exercises. It’s intense! I loved this workout! ALL STRENGTH!! Working for a STRONG and SWEATY 45 seconds, with a 15 second rest/transition. It’s going to be fast and sweaty, so be sure to have a variety of dumbbells nearby for easy transition. We’ll crush 10 exercises in each round and break for 30-45 seconds. LET’S GO!!
