Using KEGEL EXERCISE BALLS for the first time to TIGHTEN the PELVIC FLOOR
LADIES … Would you like to know how to Eliminate Self-Doubt and turn Negative Self Talk into Positive Self Belief?

In this video we are using kegel exercise balls for the first time to tighten the pelvic floor, so stay watching as we aim to find out how if they really work.
When you sneeze, are you scared of wetting yourself? So you may not want to go on a trampoline, but the fear of those little leaks when you laugh, sneeze or cough can wreak havoc on your emotional state, day-to-day activities and sex life.
It’s estimated that one in three of all women suffer from incontinence at some stage as the decline in oestrogen during the menopause, combined with natural ageing leads to weakened muscles, and it’s the weakened pelvic floor muscles that lead to incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual problems.
The 2 most widely used non medical interventions to tighten the Pelvic floor muscles, are to stop and start the flow of urine when you go to the toilet, and just to point out her that we did find out that it’s actually not recommended that you do this too often, as it can be harmful to your bladder. And the other method is to do pelvic floor exercises.
Kegels are the most important exercises a woman can do to protect her intimate health at every age. They tone and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which are responsible for supporting your uterus, bladder, and bowel and helping you maintain control over urination and bowel movements.
They’re also crucial to a healthy pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. That’s a huge job for one set of muscles! However, many women don’t get the full benefits of their exercises because they don’t know how to do Kegels the right way.
