Open your lungs and relax your hard-working pelvic floor after the flu! 😷 Get your heart pumping and your lungs going and blowing with chest-tap step-behinds, then shimmy and shake any gunk that’s been loosened up. Move into child’s pose (breathing deeply into your back body), and end with a few minutes of hips-up time. Skip hips up if that position irritates your lungs! 🫁 Only do this routine when your body is rested and ready.
💃🏻How often? Tune into your body’s needs.
⏱️How long to do each move? Tune into your body’s needs.
✅Pelvic floor safe? Yes. 🙌

👉 Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical exercise each day as a general objective. You might need to exercise more if you want to lose weight, keep it off, or reach certain fitness objectives. Less sitting time is also crucial. Your risk of metabolic issues increases with the number of hours you spend sitting each day. 💪
