In the second part of my Strong Mom Project I am talking about kegel exercises, why you should be doing them, how often to do them as well as what to do if you aren´t improving despite doing kegel exercises. I also talk about the different types of exercises and over-all pelvic floor health.
I hope you will benefit from this video and all it contains and I do hope it will give you something to think about when it comes to a strong pelvic floor and its importance.
