Dhatu-Rog is a condition in which semen is expelled out without any prior warning. It can happen while sitting, talking to someone on the phone, or even while sleeping. This condition is not that severe and doesn’t require immediate doctor’s attention, but if you have been facing this problem for a long time, it is recommended to consult a doctor as this condition can cause weakness and other complications in your life. Dhatu-Rog causes weakness because our body makes the semen by using the protein, and this condition causes the semen to expel before its production.

The Reason Behind Dhatu-Rog?

The main reason for Dhatu-Rog to occur is due to the weakened muscles in your groin area, which don’t allow control over the ejaculation process. The control over the ejaculation process is lost due to various problems that an individual might have dealt with, such as jaundice, cancer, chemotherapy, or even if you have gone through surgery. This problem can also occur if an individual loses weight or does excessive exercise.

How To Get Rid Of Dhatu-Rog

-Do not indulge in excessive exercise and try doing groin muscle strengthening exercises such as Kegel exercise.

-Bring changes in your diet so that metabolic activity in the body can be slowed down. Try consuming curd in the afternoon to slow down the metabolism in the body.

-Try avoiding food items that can heat up the body.

-Reform your dietary patterns by increasing its frequency, so that the metabolism of the body can be balanced.

-Avoid eating foods that can cause indigestion.
