This video lays out a safe post-birth workout plan that will have you feeling like your old self in no time. So I have created a series of videos that will start right after delivery to get you back to running, jogging, or whatever exercise you enjoy.
This is an introduction video where I discuss what you will do for the next 8-12 weeks to get you back to running. After that, all you need to do is follow the exercise series of these videos – Phases 0,1, 2,3 and once you complete all the phases, you will be ready to undertake your pre pregnancy exercises.
